Explain a Writ, when to file, who files the form and what happens after you file C. How to properly Evict Your tenant and collect the eviction fee’s 1. Filling out the Small Claims form or forms 2. The options on having the tenant served with the Small Claim form with their court date and the amount your suing for 3. How to prepare for your court date 4.
